Technic 17 is for removing acrylgel gel. Removal treatment amount of material. Carbide milling cutters are made from a metal alloy that is carbide of some metal, again without knowing the exact metal and its actual processing. Diamond cutters as an element, are very close to the same processing. But in practice, when the craftsmen say "diamond cutters" they usually mean the cutters whose texture is as if they have small pieces of metal in front like grains of salt or otherwise "small diamonds". They don't actually have "diamonds".
These burs are much harder than ceramic ones and for this reason they are ideal for tougher jobs, which do not, however, come into too much contact with the skin. That is, they are ideal for removing artificial nails or large calluses, but when we get close to the natural nail or the skin, we will have to change to ceramic.
